What happens after you apply

- Your draft listing will be sent to you for approval, usually within a week.
- Once approved, we’ll put it live on SortedHome.
- You’ll receive an invoice via Xero (payable within 7 days) and each year after that.

Yes! Your annual fee includes up to 3 updates per year – just email us at hello@sortedhome.co.uk and we’ll take care of it.
What if I don’t have a website?
No problem. We can use your social media pages or even photos and details you send us. We’ll make sure your listing still looks great.
Do you accept every business?
We only list trusted home and lifestyle experts (if you run a different business type get in touch to find out about our sister directory sites). We’ll review your business first and, if accepted, we’ll create your listing and send the invoice.
What’s included for the annual fee?
Your listing includes your business description, logo, contact details, photo gallery, links, and reviews – everything you need for a complete profile. There are no hidden fees or premium levels.
How do I pay?
Once your listing is live, we’ll send you an invoice via Xero. Payment is due within 7 days.
How do reviews work?
We encourage genuine customer reviews on every listing to build trust. You can share your listing link with happy clients for them to add a review, and we’ll publish them for you.
Can this replace a website?

Can there be more than one business in the same category?
Yes. SortedHome is designed to give customers a choice. We don’t lock categories to one business type, as customers often prefer to compare options and find someone local. If your services are UK-wide, you’re still welcome to join, but your listing may appear alongside others in the same category. Each business can stand out through clear details, reviews, and local presence.
