SortedHome may be used for related contact only by Silver Websites (the author of this website and referred to as ‘we/us’ in the remainder of these T&Cs).
We take steps to check that all listings on this website are genuine and that the businesses or individuals are who they say they are. However, we do not carry out formal legal or regulatory verification, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information provided. Our checks are carried out at the time of adding or renewing a listing. We are not obliged to re‑check listings at any other time, but may do so at our discretion.
Listings have an associated annual fee. This will be invoiced on an annual basis and emailed to the email address supplied to us by the listing owner. The invoice will be issued from our accounts@silverwebsites email address and must be settled on or before the due date shown. We reserve the right to charge a 10% late fee for payments received after this date. No refunds will be issued. If you no longer wish to have your listing, you must contact us by email at least 1 month before the annual renewal date of your invoice.
Changes to your contact details on your listing can be made by notifying us by email. Up to three times per invoice year, other content changes to your listing can be requested; extra changes after this are chargeable at our current freelance web developer rate. All changes made by us are done in good faith.
By joining the database, companies agree to being contacted by us either in writing, electronically or by telephone only for the purposes of communication regarding the website.
We reserve the right to delete any entry in the website. Misuse of the website by any organisation will result in removal from the website. We may, at our discretion, suspend or remove listings temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.
Any website‑related complaints should be made to us. We do not deal with complaints related to individual businesses or organisations listed on this website — such complaints should be directed to them.
The inclusion of any company or organisation on this website should not be seen as an endorsement of that company’s products and/or services.
If visiting businesses, events, or using services listed on this site, you are responsible for checking that they are still operating. Where listings include links to other websites, we have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them.
We accept no liability in respect of reliance on any information or data contained on this website.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or the operation of the website at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and continued use of the website will be deemed acceptance of any changes.
By signing up to this website you authorise us to add you to our newsletter. We will only use this to send you updates about the website and your listing, and will not pass your information onto third parties without your permission.
