Very knowledgeable and professional. Kept us informed throughout the process, was very supportive and when found out about our setback with builder, James completed the work a day faster than originally stated! He also provided me with after sales support and fitted some extra bits of superb quality.. I would use again if in need and would not look elsewhere.
