After reading reviews of Omorfia, talking to Eleni on the phone and then in person we had no hesitation in contracting her to project manage the refurbishment of our new home; this included some building work, total redecoration and partial refurnishing.
We were moving from a larger house where we had lived for over 40 years and had much-treasured furniture and possessions to move to our new home in Bedford.
Eleni , a really lovely lady, was very sensitive to our needs, a good listener and designed a fabulous scheme for all the rooms that blended the old with the new
She project managed the whole process and kept us in touch over the months of work.
It is always easy to manage a project that runs smoothly but what is important is how the problems are managed, and there are always a few. Eleni managed and advised us through all the process and quickly and efficiently dealt with any problems that arose.
We are very, very happy with the service she provided and would wholeheartedly recommend her as an interior designer and project manager.
Working with Eleni was an excellent experience. Her plans for our lounge, hallway and cloakroom were excellent and she worked closely with us to make them just as we wanted. Her sub-contractors were also really very good indeed – a real credit to everyone involved and a pleasure to have in our home as well as producing very high quality work. The real measure of success to me is also how issues were dealt with. There was, inevitably given the amount of work we were having done, the odd issue along the way. Eleni dealt with it very professionally and highly empathetically. I really cannot recommend her highly enough and we’re looking forward to working with her again on our next project.
