Wow. From first contact with Georgina to fitting and payment I cannot emphasise enough how easy the fitting of a stairlift has been for my father in law.
Everyone we came into contact with made this a positive experience. The timescale from survey to fitting was unbelievably short (which was just as well as he was just coming out of hospital)
When we discovered that a stairlift was required we were recommended Green Stairlifts by someone who had a stairlift fitted previously. Without doubt I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a stairlift.
Excellent customer service from Daniel and Georgina. A reputable, honest and transparent family business. From placing the order, to installation only took two weeks. The engineer fitted the lift efficiently and cleanly. He spent time explaining all the features of the lift after installation. Servicing is entirely optional (no service contract), but those prices are very reasonable too. These lifts are in excellent condition and fantastic value for money. Many thanks!
